Lady Lowis Arkenstone of  Tabangria

Lady Lowis came from Tabangria in the Western Seal of Mythodea to the Duchy of Validar as a guest and Sword Pilgrim of the Crusade of the Elements.  After supporting the war effort for a half a year, Lowis visited the Barony of East Blackwood for the Festival of Life where she asked Baron Dagger to formally adopt her into his noble house.  

Dagger obliged.  The formal adoption documents were signed three months later at the Winterwacht festival.  Lowis has since been named to the Council of Lords of East Blackwood.  As a member of the Counci of Lords, Baron Dagger asked her to be Lady Mayor of Eagle's Rest.
